1964 Public School Magazine is now available on Old Publicans Website
Dear Old Publicans,
I have been able upload all 242 Pages of the 1964 Public School Souvenir of our beloved Cantt Public School, Karachi. You may remember that prior to 1964 the name of our school magazine used to be "Clarion", however, due to some legal reasons we had to drop that name.
The magazine is full of articles, poems, photographs, and a lot of nostalgia.
I have been able to upload this magazine due to the courtesy of Hamid Jaleel Zubairi (Class of 1971) who gave me the scanned pages of the magazine.
To access the magazine, go to the Old Publicans website, click on the "Memories" button and select "Magazines" or you can go directly to the 1964 Public School Souvenir by simply clicking here.
Lastly, I will once again request all of you to share with me any photographs, magazines, or other memorabilia that you want published on the Old Publicans website.

Today I got calls from my class mates of 10 Th B class of 1964. They all were too exited.Obviously seeing own name or picture after 47 years is very exiting . But this was all due to your effort . I accessed the scanned souvenir at the first opportunity. Thank you.
It is a remarkable piece of history not only of our school, but its second principal Mr Haider.
I am deeply impressed by the composition of his messages, both in English and Urdu, and how these encapsulate a snap shot of the histories of the school and the country.
Are there any other writings of Mr Haider, in magazines or otherwise, available to you?
