Annual Creative Writing Contest & Prize Distribution for Declamation Contest
The Annual Creative Writing Contest was held in which students from F.G. Boys Public School and F.G. Minwala Girls Public School competed. A Prize Distribution ceremony was also held in which the winners of the Declamation Contest held on October 5, 2010 were awarded trophies and certificates.

Assalam o Alikum.
The PAT Event held on November 3, 2010 was divided into two parts.
Part 1: Prize distribution for the Declamation Contest held on October 5, 2010
Part 2: Creative Writing Contest
1 - On Wednesday, November 3, at the Auditorium of F.G.Minwalla Girls School, from 10:00 am to 12.45 pm, the prize distribution for Declamation Contest along with Creative Writing Contest was held.
2 - At 9:30 am, Assembly of the students in the Auditorium of Minwalla School.
3 - At 9:45 am, light refreshments were served to the students.
4 - From 9.45 am to 10:00 am, arrival of the guests.
5 - Welcome address and introduction of PAT members by Sabiha Parvaiz, - Convener Education Programmee Committe.
The following Trustees were present:

6 - Prize Distribution for declamation contest by Admiral (Retd.) Shahid Karimullah, Chairman and assisted by Saeed Khalid, Trustee PAT.

The Trophy went to F.G. Minwala Girls Public School.
Twenty four Girls and Boys appeared for the contest. First four prizes were plaques and books, the rest twenty were rewarded with books.
7 - First part of the event ended with vote of thanks by Shirley Valika, Trustee.
The second part of the event which was Creative Writing Contest for both boys and girls, started at 11:30 am and ended at 12:45 pm.
A - Before the start of the competition there was a brief break of refreshment for guests.
B - All the trustees present in the morning stayed there till 1:00 pm.
C - 23 students from boys school and 32 from girls school took part in the competition which was for 9th and 10th classes only.
D - Two judges are appointed, one for English and other for Urdu contests.
E - Concerned staff and students also participated actively.
Programme ended at 12:45pm.
