Before switching career to investment banking worked as a mechanical engineer with Exxon Chemicals in Pakistan and P&G in the US.

MBA from Columbia University, New York and MS from George Washington University, Washington DC. Graduated from NED Engineering University in Mechanical Engineering in 1982.

Misc. Information

Considering the present state of education in the country, I must say that Cantt Public School provided an ideal environment for a good primary and secondary education. It is unfortunate that the same standard and the same school set up could not be maintained. In my case, I matriculated with high first division in 1973, but regret not taking full advantage of a good public school platform that provided all the essentials of a good education and a variety of extra-curricular activities and opportunities.

Two people who left lasting impression on me were: School Principal M.E. Haider and Mrs. Musharaf who taught us English.
